Return Policy

At Tres Perros Coffee, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a transparent and customer-friendly return policy to ensure that your experience with us is nothing short of excellent. Below are the details of our return and exchange policy:

Return Period: Customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return of their purchased items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or receipt is also required for the return process.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for covering the costs associated with returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

Restocking Fee: We are pleased to inform our customers that we do not charge any restocking fees for returned items. Our aim is to make the return process as smooth and hassle-free as possible.

Non-Returnable Items: We stand behind the quality and freshness of our coffee. However, it is important to note that we do not accept returns on items marked as final sale at the time of purchase. Please ensure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
